Il sito raccoglie i seguenti dati personali: The website collects the following personal data:

• Dati forniti volontariamente tramite form di contatto o iscrizione (nome, email).
• Indirizzo email richiesto per il download dei materiali gratuiti, insieme all'eventuale consenso facoltativo agli aggiornamenti.
• Per la consegna dei materiali gratuiti e della versione di prova vengono trattati l'indirizzo email indicato, il materiale richiesto, la data e l'ora della richiesta, l'esito dell'invio, l'impronta crittografica del token di download, la relativa scadenza e il numero di utilizzi. L'indirizzo IP può essere temporaneamente trattato per finalità di sicurezza e rate limiting. Non viene conservato il token in chiaro.
• A prova del consenso raccolto: data e ora dell'invio, indirizzo IP, pagina di provenienza e versione del testo accettato (art. 7.1 GDPR).
• Dati necessari all'acquisto, trattati da Paddle in qualità di Merchant of Record.
• Dati necessari all'attivazione delle licenze software: indirizzo email dell'acquirente, impronta crittografica del codice di licenza, identificativo della macchina, indirizzo IP e data e ora dell'operazione (sezione 10).
• Dati di navigazione tecnici (log server), quando applicabile.

• To deliver free materials and the trial version, the following data are processed: the email address provided, the requested material, the date and time of the request, the delivery result, the cryptographic hash of the download token, its expiry date and the number of uses. The IP address may be processed temporarily for security and rate-limiting purposes. The token itself is not stored in plain text.
• As proof of the consent collected: date and time of submission, IP address, originating page and version of the accepted text (Art. 7.1 GDPR).
• Data required for purchases, processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record.
• Data required to activate software licences: the buyer's email address, a cryptographic fingerprint of the licence code, a machine identifier, the IP address and the date and time of the operation (section 10).

4. Base giuridica4. Legal basis

Il trattamento si fonda sul consenso dell'interessato (art. 6.1.a GDPR) o sull'esecuzione di un contratto, anche precontrattuale (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) or the performance of a contract, including pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

L'invio del link di download e la gestione del relativo token si fondano sull'esecuzione del servizio richiesto dall'interessato, ai sensi dell'art. 6.1.b GDPR. L'indirizzo email è necessario perché costituisce il canale attraverso cui viene consegnato il collegamento. Delivery of the download link and management of the related token are based on performance of the service requested by the data subject under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The email address is necessary because it is the channel through which the link is delivered.

L'invio di eventuali avvisi tecnici successivi si fonda sul consenso facoltativo dell'interessato, ai sensi dell'art. 6.1.a GDPR. Any subsequent technical notices are based on the data subject's optional consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

L'invio di comunicazioni commerciali, aggiornamenti su nuovi prodotti, eventi o uscite si fonda su un consenso distinto e facoltativo. Nessuna delle due caselle è preselezionata e il link di download viene inviato anche quando entrambe restano vuote. Commercial communications and updates about new products, events or releases are based on separate and optional consent. Neither checkbox is preselected, and the download link is sent even if both remain unchecked.

Le misure di sicurezza, prevenzione degli abusi e rate limiting si fondano sul legittimo interesse del Titolare alla protezione dei propri sistemi e servizi, ai sensi dell'art. 6.1.f GDPR. Paddle.com Market Limited tratta i dati dell'acquirente in qualità di titolare autonomo per la gestione della transazione, dei pagamenti, della fatturazione, della prevenzione delle frodi e dei rimborsi, secondo la propria informativa privacy. Paddle comunica al Titolare i dati necessari alla consegna del prodotto, alla gestione della licenza e all'assistenza. Paddle.com Market Limited processes buyer data as an independent controller for transaction processing, payments, invoicing, fraud prevention and refunds, under its own privacy notice. Paddle provides the Owner with the data required for product fulfilment, licence management and support.

Hostinger tratta i dati per conto del Titolare, nei limiti dei servizi di hosting, posta elettronica e infrastruttura tecnica utilizzati. Hostinger processes data on behalf of the Owner within the scope of the hosting, email and technical infrastructure services used.

Gli indirizzi raccolti tramite il sito sono conservati sullo spazio hosting del Titolare e non sono ceduti a terzi. Qualora in futuro venisse adottato un servizio esterno di invio newsletter, questa informativa verrà aggiornata indicandone il nome prima dell'utilizzo. Addresses collected through the website are stored on the controller's own hosting space and are not shared with third parties. Should an external newsletter delivery service be adopted in the future, this notice will be updated to name it before any such use.

6. Trasferimento dati6. Data transfer

Qualora i dati siano trasferiti fuori dallo Spazio Economico Europeo, il trasferimento avviene sulla base di una decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione europea oppure, in sua assenza, mediante clausole contrattuali standard o altro meccanismo previsto dagli artt. 44 e seguenti del GDPR. Gli indirizzi iscritti agli aggiornamenti sono conservati fino a revoca del consenso o richiesta di cancellazione. Le informazioni raccolte a prova del consenso sono conservate per lo stesso periodo e per il tempo successivo necessario a difendere il Titolare da eventuali contestazioni. Addresses subscribed to updates are retained until consent is withdrawn or erasure is requested. The information collected as proof of consent is retained for the same period and for such further time as is necessary to defend the controller against any claim.

Il consenso agli aggiornamenti può essere revocato in qualsiasi momento (art. 7.3 GDPR), con la stessa facilità con cui è stato prestato: tramite il link di disiscrizione presente in ogni comunicazione o scrivendo all'indirizzo sopra indicato. La revoca non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento effettuato prima della revoca stessa. Consent to updates may be withdrawn at any time (Art. 7.3 GDPR), as easily as it was given: through the unsubscribe link included in every message, or by writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

All'apertura delle pagine non viene caricato alcuno script di terze parti: i caratteri tipografici sono ospitati sui server del Titolare e non vengono richiesti a servizi esterni. Lo script di pagamento di Paddle viene caricato soltanto quando l'utente preme il comando di acquisto; da quel momento Paddle può installare i propri cookie tecnici, necessari a completare la transazione e disciplinati dalla sua informativa. Chi visita il sito senza avviare un acquisto non entra in contatto con Paddle. No third-party script is loaded when the pages open: the typefaces are hosted on the Owner's own servers and are not requested from external services. Paddle's payment script is loaded only when the user presses the purchase command; from that moment Paddle may set its own technical cookies, required to complete the transaction and governed by its own notice. Anyone browsing the website without starting a purchase never comes into contact with Paddle.

10. Licenze software10. Software licences

L'attivazione di un plugin acquistato comporta il trattamento di: indirizzo email dell'acquirente, impronta crittografica del codice di licenza, identificativo della macchina su cui avviene l'attivazione, indirizzo IP e data e ora dell'operazione. Activating a purchased plugin involves processing: the buyer's email address, a cryptographic fingerprint of the licence code, an identifier of the machine on which activation takes place, the IP address, and the date and time of the operation.

La finalità è esclusivamente l'esecuzione del contratto di licenza e la prevenzione degli abusi: contare le macchine attivate entro il limite previsto e riconoscere l'uso dello stesso codice da parte di soggetti diversi. La base giuridica è l'art. 6.1.b GDPR, oltre al legittimo interesse alla tutela contro l'uso non autorizzato (art. 6.1.f). The purpose is solely the performance of the licence agreement and the prevention of abuse: counting activated machines against the applicable limit and detecting use of the same code by different parties. The legal basis is Art. 6.1.b GDPR, together with the legitimate interest in protection against unauthorised use (Art. 6.1.f).

L'identificativo della macchina non è concepito per identificare direttamente una persona né per seguirne l'attività al di fuori del sistema di attivazione. Quando viene associato all'ordine o all'indirizzo email dell'acquirente costituisce tuttavia un dato personale pseudonimo ed è trattato come tale. The machine identifier is not designed to identify a person directly or to track their activity outside the activation system. However, when associated with the buyer's order or email address, it constitutes pseudonymous personal data and is treated accordingly.

Il codice di licenza non è conservato in chiaro nel database di attivazione, ma sotto forma di impronta crittografica. The licence code is not stored in plain text in the activation database but as a cryptographic hash.

Il plugin contatta i server del Titolare in tre soli casi. Il primo è la pressione dei comandi di attivazione o disattivazione, che invia i dati sopra indicati. Il secondo è il controllo della disponibilità di una nuova versione, non più di una volta al giorno all'apertura dell'interfaccia: si tratta della lettura di un file pubblico che non trasmette alcun dato sull'utente né sull'uso del prodotto. Il terzo è la conferma che la licenza sia ancora valida, non più di una volta ogni due settimane e solo su una copia già attivata: trasmette l'impronta della macchina e un frammento dell'impronta del codice, cioè i due valori che il Titolare ha già ricevuto al momento dell'attivazione, e serve a interrompere le licenze rimborsate o revocate. The plugin contacts the Owner's servers in three cases only. The first is pressing the activation or deactivation commands, which sends the data listed above. The second is the check for a new version, no more than once a day when the interface is opened: this reads a public file and transmits no data about the user or about the use of the product. The third is the confirmation that the licence is still valid, no more than once every two weeks and only on an already activated copy: it transmits the machine fingerprint and a fragment of the code fingerprint, that is the two values the Owner already received at activation, and serves to stop refunded or revoked licences.

In nessuno dei tre casi esiste una forma di telemetria, di raccolta di statistiche d'uso o di trasmissione di materiale audio: il Titolare non riceve alcuna informazione su quali progetti siano aperti, su come il prodotto venga usato né su quanto venga usato. Oltre a questi dati resta quanto ogni normale richiesta web comporta, cioè l'indirizzo IP e l'identificativo del programma. In none of the three cases is there any telemetry, collection of usage statistics or transmission of audio material: the Owner receives no information about which projects are open, about how the product is used, or about how much it is used. Beyond this data, what any ordinary web request entails still applies, namely the IP address and the program identifier.

Questi dati sono conservati per la durata della licenza e per il tempo successivo necessario ad adempiere agli obblighi fiscali e a difendere il Titolare da eventuali contestazioni. La disattivazione di una macchina, eseguibile dall'utente stesso dal pannello del plugin, rimuove il relativo identificativo dall'elenco delle macchine attive. Su una macchina priva di connessione la disattivazione produce un file di ricevuta, contenente i medesimi dati sopra indicati, che l'utente carica manualmente sul sito da un browser: il plugin non apre alcuna connessione aggiuntiva a tale scopo. Ogni attivazione e disattivazione resta tuttavia annotata, con data e ora, impronta del codice, identificativo della macchina e indirizzo IP, in un registro degli eventi conservato per gli stessi tempi, a fini di assistenza e di prevenzione degli abusi (art. 6.1.f GDPR). This data is retained for the duration of the licence and for such further time as is necessary to meet tax obligations and to defend the Owner against any claim. Deactivating a machine, which the user can do from the plugin's own panel, removes the corresponding identifier from the list of active machines. On a machine without connectivity, deactivation produces a receipt file, containing the same data listed above, which the user uploads manually on the website from a browser: the plugin opens no additional connection for this purpose. Each activation and deactivation is however recorded, with its date and time, the code fingerprint, the machine identifier and the IP address, in an event log retained for the same periods, for support purposes and for the prevention of abuse (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
